2012 USTA MIXED DOUBLES LEAGUE

The USTA Mixed Doubles League is open for team registration.  This year the league will be played all on one weekend instead of over a period of several weeks.  The big weekend is set for July 20-22.  To register a team go to tennislink.com.  The levels available are 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0 Adult, Senior and Super Senior. 

The deadline for team registration is 11:00 pm CST July 14, 2012.  You must have a legal team registered by this date.  A legal team is 3 men and 3 women.  You can continue to add players until 11:00 pm CST July 19, 2012.


The winners of each level will advance to the State Championship in Chattanooga on August 24-26.




Tri-Level League Dates to Remember

The Tri-Level League is now open for team registration.  A legal team must be registered by
11:00 p.m. central time on 5/8/2012.  A legal team consist of a total of 6 players which includes 2 players at each level.  Example: A 3.0/3.5/4.0 league must have 2 players of 3.0's, 2 players of 3.5's and 2 players of 4.0's for a total of 6.

Teams can continue to add players until 11:00 p.m. central time on 6/16/2012.

League play will begin 6/5/2012.

League winners from the Men and Women Adult and Senior league from each division will advance to the State Championship, which will be held in Murfreesboro on August 8 - 10, 2012.

State Champions will advance to the Regional Championship in Memphis, TN on September 28 - 30, 2012.

What is a Tri-Level League?

The Tri-Level League format is 3 courts of doubles, 1 at each level for the division you are playing.  Best 2 out 3 sets, with the 3rd set being a 10-point tie-breaker.  Example: A 3.0/3.5/4.0 league will consist of a court of doubles for the 3.0 level, a court for the 3.5 level, and a court for the 4.0 level players.

Tri-Level Adult & Senior Mixed Doubles - Tuesday Night - 6:30
(This division WILL NOT advance to any championships, local only.)

Adult - 18 years old and up

Senior - 50 years old and up
